I'm a mom who’s constantly running kids around, making dinner, managing schedules — and somehow still chasing big dreams as an entrepreneur.
As the primary homemaker, I know the mental load you're carrying... because I'm carrying it too.
I’ve battled hormonal imbalances that wrecked my energy, mood, and even my relationships. After being diagnosed with PMDD and ADHD, I learned how to work with my body — regulating my nervous system and naturally reversing both.
Today, I prioritize my health not just for me, but to feel confident, energized, and keep up with my kids without burning out. I strive to be a calm leader for my family, teaching my kids real tools to manage emotions — the same ones that helped me heal.
I love to work out, live by the beach, and believe that life flows better when we stop fighting our bodies and start listening to them.
